Josh Rouse came by the American Songwriter office with his trusty Martin OM-21 to play “Time,” a track off his forthcoming album The Embers of Time that he describes as one of many songs about that subject, and “a song about getting older.” The Embers of Time is the follow-up to 2013’s The Happiness Waltz.
