Zach Top Is Scandalized by Fan’s R-Rated Sign

Zach Top broke into the mainstream by staying true to tradition. Noting “an appetite” for the country radio hits of the ’90s, the Washington-born artist satiated listeners’ cravings with hits like “I Never Lie” and “Sounds Like the Radio.” However, his music is clearly not the only reason that fans flock to see Zach Top live. Watch the CMA New Artist of the Year nominee get all flustered by this NSFW sign.

Zach Top: “Some of Y’all Are Having Too Good of a Time”

Taking the stage Nov. 30 at Million Dollar Breakaway in Scottsdale, Arizona, Zach Top welcomed the crowd. “Y’all are wonderful tonight. I can tell we’re going to have a big time,” said the 27-year-old rising country star.

As he thanked the audience for joining him, Top caught sight of two women holding up their phones. The screens had a message for the “I Never Lie” hitmaker: “Sit on my face.”

Doubling over with laughter, Top gently chided, “Some of y’all are having too good of a time already.”

One of the women, Mia Thompson, posted footage of the exchange to social media, where it quickly began making the rounds. “i wanna be you,” one TikTok user commented.

Unfortunately for Thompson and her friend, Zach Top is a taken man. He and girlfriend Amelia Taylor made their red carpet debut at the Nov. 20 CMA Awards. Still, A-plus for effort.

He’s Used To It

Clearly, Zach Top can take a joke. Or perhaps he’s just used to the playful objectification by now. He and tourmate Lainey Wilson have bonded over their “big ol’ booties.”

“[Lately] we don’t call him Zach Top; we call him Zach Bottom because he’s got a big ole booty, too,” the “4x4xU” singer told a recent crowd.

Next, she made him prove it: “Get up there, Zach. Turn around,” Wilson demanded.

And it wasn’t the only time Wilson made her touring partner “sing backwards for ’em.” Fortunately, Top is a good sport, even swaying from side to side to give fans the full effect.
