Every musician has that moment when their talent and hard work finally pay off. Given that this moment shows no partisanship, another artist to experience this phenomenon is Zach Bryan and his song “Burn, Burn, Burn.” However, what is different about Bryan’s moment is the unwavering gratefulness he has for the song even two years after its debut.

Released in 2022, Bryan’s hit single not only cemented himself as a fan-favorite country music artist. It also garnered him the RIAA honor, as well as nuzzled its way into becoming one of Bryan’s favorite songs. Bryan took to X to heartwarmingly express his gratefulness for the song and what it has achieved for him during his career.
Zach Bryan’s X Post
“Two years ago I released this. I didn’t know any of the words in Ottawa and I had no idea it would change my life forever. By the end everyone was clapping and I bawled like a baby. My favorite moment of being a musician in my entire life Here’s to two years of Burn, Burn Burn,” Bryan wrote in the post.
Since its recent publishing, the post has already acquired 250,000 views, 6,000 likes, and 300 reposts. Needless to say, Bryan’s anniversary post doesn’t just mean a lot to him. Matter of fact it is due to his fans that this song gained the popularity it did. According to Kworb, the single is Bryan’s eighth most listened-to song with nearly 200 million streams on Spotify as of May 2024.
“Burn, Burn, Burn” Legacy
With both Bryan’s talent and his steadfast fans, the post comes full circle given that he just finished off the most successful summer of his career. That being so, this summer would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Bryan’s 2022 hit single. Not only is the song one of Bryan’s most successful songs, but it is also one of the most successful country songs of 2022. Following its release, the song stayed on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart for 21 weeks and on Billboard’s Hot 100 for three weeks.
Despite all of its accolades and chart success, the song’s anniversary is a testament to Bryan’s personality. Often known for his down-to-earth persona, the post solidifies this image even more. Furthermore, by paying homage to a song released two years ago, it seems the artist never forgets to remember the things that did right by him.
