Zach Bryan famously marches to the beat of his own drum. That authenticity has served his career in country music well. The Oklahoma native, 28, recently notched his fourth Top 10 album with The Great American Bar Scene. Unfortunately, fame is a fickle beast that often brings internet trolls and online criticism with it. In the past, Bryan has made it clear that he isn’t afraid to fire back. Recently, the “Pink Skies” singer did exactly that after a country music news platform took a shot at his parents.

Zach Bryan Appears To Have Deactivated Social Media Again
Prime Time Country Music, a news and media outlet that operates mostly on social media, is notorious among followers for taking frequent jabs at Zach Bryan. This time, however, the platform shifted its target to the people who raised the “Something in the Orange” star.
The platform runs a weekly segment called “PTCM Shots Fired,” where they allow their followers to share their country music hot takes. Submissions range from, “Parker McCollum should have another album out by now,” to, “At this point, I’m only shocked when country singers are sober.”
As reported by Taste of Country, one anonymous social media user wrote, “Zach Bryan is what happens when you don’t discipline your kids.”
The site reposted the answer, along with a photo of the GRAMMY winner’s September 2023 arrest. Needless to say, Bryan was less than thrilled when he caught wind of it. The country star shared the post to his Instagram Stories Monday (Aug. 5.)
“why are you calling yourself a country music social site and saying s— like this on it,” Bryan wrote. “As Nashville as it gets.”
He continued, “I pray you pieces of trash that don’t even have your name attached to these accounts know how much worse the world is with you in them. Don’t ever insult my parents, don’t ever insult anyone’s parents. If anyone knows who runs this account please tell me, I’m so tried [sic] of this s—.”
Bryan’s Instagram and X/Twitter accounts appear to have since been deleted.
