Wilco have announced the dates for their upcoming summer tour, in support of their currently unnamed seventh studio album, which is due out this June.
Fans can pick up the band’s latest DVD, Ashes of American Flags, Saturday April 18th at indie retail stores as part of the national Record Store Day celebration (Wilco will also make an in-store appearance at Knoxville, Tennessee’s Disc Exchange this Saturday). As a bonus incentive, Ashes of American Flags includes a link to a free download of one of the five shows featured in the film.
The band hit Bonnaroo June 13th, and will travel to a minor league baseball stadium in smalltown Wapingers Falls, New York (a few miles from this reporter’s hometown) on July 18th. Yee-haw!
