This week, Acoustic Cafe welcomes Lord Huron for a special “Leon Loft” session, held at the Leon Speakers headquarters in Ann Arbor. Originally from Michigan but now based in L.A, the band played several songs from their full-length debut Lonesome Dreams for a hometown crowd.

“Close your eyes and listen to these songs, because this is some of the most expansive and highly cinematic music I’ve heard in a long, long time,” host Rob Reinhart said about the session.

Every so often, Acoustic Cafe takes its sessions out of the Big Sky recording studios in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and records in front of live audiences. Leon Loft is a proud supporter of Ann Arbor’s local music scene, and each month they welcome regional and national touring artists.  Recently outfitted with a custom crafted audiophile grade sound system designed by its in-house engineers, the acoustics have been finely tuned to produce incredibly rich live sound. http://www.leonspeakers.com/leonloft
