In a behind-the-scenes video posted on TikTok, Bunnie Xo helped her husband, Jelly Roll, memorize the lyrics to Morgan Wallen’s new song “Cowgirls.” While the song is usually a Wallen duet with Ernest, Jelly Roll was stepping up in Ernest’s place for Wallen’s show in Las Vegas on August 8.

Jelly Roll took the second verse on the song and joined Wallen on the chorus as well. Predictably, fans went nuts for his special appearance during the set. As for Jelly Roll’s pre-show routine, he spent it learning lyrics and serenading his wife.
The video Bunnie posted shows Jelly with headphones on, most likely listening to “Cowgirls.” Bunnie captioned the video, “When your hubby doesn’t kno [sic] the words of the song he’s about to sing, so you help him so he crushes it when he gets out there w/ Morgan.”
Jelly is shown singing the chorus to his wife while she mouths the words to him, nodding along as he gets them right. There’s a moment when he messes up a little bit, but he quickly corrects himself and carries on. Presumably, he got it spot-on during the show.

Jelly Roll and Morgan Wallen Knock “Cowgirls” Out of the Park in Las Vegas
In a video captured by Las Vegas radio station 95.5 The Bull, Morgan Wallen’s show went off without a hitch. Jelly Roll took the stage in his surprise appearance and knocked “Cowgirls” out of the park. He gave Wallen a little good-natured punch on the arm as Wallen danced during Jelly’s verse, and the crowd went wild.
On Bunnie’s pre-show video, Jelly Roll shared his love for his wife in the comments. “It’s all a product of being in love,” he wrote. Fans gathered to share their support for the two and for Jelly’s performance.
“You’re such a great partner! The two of you were meant to be,” one fan wrote. Others noted that he was great during the show, and that they “wouldn’t have even noticed if he messed it up.” Another wrote in a comment to Bunnie, “I love how you are his focus point,” with a heart emoji.
