While a country singer, Jelly Roll continues to take over the entire music industry with his heartfelt voice and lovable nature. Using his past to help guide his future, the singer always finds time to speak with fans about the struggles they may be going through. As for his time in the studio, the hitmaker produced albums like Ballads of the Broken and Whitsitt Chapel. But recently, with his newest album, Beautifully Broken, hitting shelves, Jelly Roll decided to travel to Walmart to see if he could buy some of his CDs.

Sharing a video of his excursion on Instagram, Jelly Roll smiled as he approached Walmart. Comparing it to Waffle House, the singer admitted that every Walmart was set up the same. That wasn’t a criticism as the singer loved already knowing where to go.“I love Walmart. They’re all set up the same. They’re like Waffle House. I know where everything is at.” Walking into the electronic sections, the star needed a little assistance when trying to retrieve a vinyl copy of Beautifully Broken. Getting some help from an employee, it seemed the worker had no idea who Jelly Roll was.
Jelly Roll Doesn’t Mind Not Being Noticed
Although not remotely upset over not being recognized, Jelly Roll used the moment to ask the worker if he listened to country music. Having a taste for other music, the country singer laughed at the situation. Besides posting the video on Instagram, Jelly Roll wrote, “If you have a local Walmart and wanna slide by today and grab a Beautifully Broken CD or vinyl it would help a lot!”
As for the fans, they loved watching Jelly Roll search the Walmart. “God I love how you’re still so refreshingly and respectfully humble. Just traveled from Baltimore to see your show in Louisville. BEST night ever!” Another person explained how they simply ordered the album. “Mine arrived at the weekend and it has been on in the car non-stop! My son knows so many songs already we always sing together.”
While able to walk into Walmart unnoticed, those days are slowly coming to an end as Jelly Roll continues to release hit after hit.
