The Video: “If Only He Were You,” from her Old West and heartache-obsessed EP The Devil In Me.
Songwriter Says: “The video was mostly shot over in the town of Blackheath in the Blue Mountains of Australia,” Bradanini explains. “The place has an eerie, sort of Lynchian feel, which fit the mood of the song. We wanted a sense of various characters each pursuing their own little worlds and obsessions under the eyes of an omniscient narrator / lounge singer.

“Making a video always presents an interesting opportunity to try and create a visual companion to a song and thanks to the Internet, I was lucky to find a group of people on the other side of the world who were up for doing this. Ultimately, the song is about the simple longing for something or someone you know you can’t have and this is what we tried to capture in the video.”
