Video Premiere: Brown Bird, “Cast No Shadow”

Check out the brand spanking new live video of “Cast No Shadow” from Providence, Rhode Island  folk duo Brown Bird. The band, who are heavily influenced by Eastern European folk music, just released the acclaimed Salt For Salt on on Supply & Demand Records.

According to Brown Bird, “‘Cast No Shadow’ is lyrically a fictionalized story of the aftermath of a love affair gone horribly wrong and musically some amalgamation of influences that span from the Pixies to the Lost Jewish Music of Transylvania. It’s also one of our favorite songs to end our live shows with these days.”
