Tyler Childers to Trot the Globe on 2024 Mule Pull Tour

Tyler Childers is ready to take on the world on his 2024 Mule Pull Tour. The Americana superstar and his longtime band, The Food Stamps, will spend the first half of the year touring the world that takes them all across America and Europe. The tour kicks off on February 15 in Dublin, Ireland, followed by several stops in Europe, including a two-night stay in Amsterdam in the Netherlands at Paradiso on March 2 and 3.

Childers’ star power has grown significantly over the past few years, so much so that he’ll be headlining several arenas in the States. He returns to the U.S. in April and is set to perform at the Kia Forum near Los Angeles. He’ll host two nights at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on April 18 and 19 before the tour concludes with a headlining performance at Madison Square Garden in New York on May 29.

Allison Russell, Medium Build, Hayes Carll, Sylvan Esso, 49 Winchester and John R. Miller will join as opening acts. Tickets go on sale to the general public on September 15 at 9 a.m. local time. In an effort to stop ticket scalping and exorbitant resale prices, Childers is using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange, allowing fans to resell their tickets to other fans for the original paid price.

The Mule Pull Tour is in support of Childers’ new album, Rustin’ In The Rain, which arrives on Friday (September 8). The lead single, “In Your Love,” reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. The album also includes covers across generations ranging from Kris Kristofferson’s classic “Help Me Make It Through the Night” to a rendition of “Space and Time” by Childers’ contemporary, S.G. Goodman.

“This is a collection of songs I playfully pieced together as if I was pitching a group of songs to Elvis,” Childers describes in a press statement. “Some covers, one co-write, and some I even wrote in my best (terrible) Elvis impersonation, as I worked around the farm and kicked around the house. I hope you enjoy listening to this album as much as I enjoyed creating it. Thank you. Thank you very much.”
