Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have had amazingly successful careers filled with hit songs, chart-topping albums and a number of the industry’s most sought after awards. But as a reminder to us all, they also are two people who can’t do everything they set their minds to.
Heck, they haven’t even been able to sell their house.
Or make that — houses.

According to Realtor.com, Tim and Faith have spent the past several years looking for someone interested in purchasing their 750-acre farm in the Nashville area. So the pair split the property for sale in the hopes that the reduction in size and price just might be what the doctor ordered in terms of selling it. The property covers several tax parcels and has four listings (one, two, three and four).

The first listing is $8.5 million and includes 268 acres of farmland that also houses a historic three-bedroom house built before the Civil War, along with a guesthouse.
The other listing is going for $10 million and includes 622 acres of land, six homes and a stall barn.
