With such a busy touring schedule, Carpenter has delivered countless “Nonsense” outros since 2022. We take a look at some of her best.

As a former Disney star herself, Sabrina Carpenter’s reference to fellow child actor Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana character is a beautiful breakdown of the fourth wall that only gets better with Carpenter’s “ok, boomer” energy.

Sabrina Carpenter’s “Nonsense” outro at the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco was about as melodramatic as one could make an overtly sexual triplet. This one deserves a spot on the list simply because of her commitment to the bit.

Referencing a famous Jimmy Kimmel Live! segment while on the show and giving a shoutout to her mom while she’s on TV? Sabrina Carpenter’s January 2024 “Nonsense” outro was doing the most, and we love to see it. Now, she just has to come back to read those mean tweets.

One of the best parts about Sabrina Carpenter’s improv outros are her obvious pop culture references, and her April 2023 San Diego outro that called back to Anchorman is certainly no exception. Ron Burgundy who?

You have to love a woman who’s honest. Sabrina Carpenter’s ability to rhyme her off-the-wall outros with whatever city she happens to be in is remarkable, but sometimes, there are just no good rhymes to be had. So, why not just say that?

There was a brief moment in 2024 when it seemed like the word “no” in an Australian accent (“naur” being the phonetic spelling) had taken over the entire online community. Sabrina Carpenter seized the moment while she had it, and that’s something we can’t say “naur” to.

Sabrina Carpenter’s “Nonsense” outro for an October 2022 show in Tempe, Arizona, is so cringey it’s cute. “Tempt me” and “Tempe” seemed like obvious enough rhymes. Shortening “temperature” to “temp-ee” was an added bonus.

In previous performances in the U.K., Sabrina Carpenter referenced the double entendre of “BBC.” Her May 2024 “Nonsense” outro not only called back to her previous lines, but she also doubled down on it. Not a care in sight.

Sabrina Carpenter’s outro in Madison, Wisconsin, is so ridiculous you can’t help but laugh when you hear it. The “Madison” and “medicine” pun is clever enough; everything else is so silly and unserious that it’s hard not to love it.

Denver’s “Nonsense” outro couldn’t get more quintessentially Coloradan if Sabrina Carpenter tried—references to fast food, forgetful lyrics, a not-so-subtle nod to Mary Jane. Carpenter knew her audience, and she delivered.

Love or hate Sabrina Carpenter, the line “I don’t Singapore, I sing-amazing” is incredible. It’s giving the same “Espresso” energy as I’m working laaate, cause I’m a singerrrr.

Around the same time that Adele famously heard (or misheard?) a fan in the audience saying, “Pride sucks,” Sabrina Carpenter offered her two cents during her Governors Ball “Nonsense” outro. Relevant and inclusive.

Pop stars like Sabrina Carpenter might seem closed off from the rest of the world, but her Coachella outro in April 2024 proved she was very aware of the buzz surrounding her romance with Saltburn star Barry Keoghan. Plus, we love her confident shoutout to her rising stardom!

This “Nonsense” outro from a July 2023 show in Manila might not be the craziest one Sabrina Carpenter has ever done, but it just sounds good. She took that rhyme scheme and ran with it in the best way possible.

Did anyone else realize this about Tulsa until she said it? We’d bet that even if some Oklahomans had already made the connection, Sabrina Carpenter blew the rest of our minds with this “Nonsense” outro from the spring of 2023.
