Steady Hands, the seven-piece folk-punk band helmed by Modern Baseball drummer Sean Huber, is gearing up to re-issue their four EPs into one vinyl package. Entitled Rude Boys of Bar Rock, the double LP compilation will also include one new song “Under the Rug,” which you can exclusively stream here.

The cut, which clocks in at just under three minutes, in a rousing folk-punk track which influence from songwriters like Billy Bragg and Frank Turner. Huber leaves the drums behind for this project and instead takes the role of singer and acoustic guitar player.

“This song is about looking at our past and how it influences our present, but doing everything we can to support the ones we love through those obstacles” says Huber. “The track was recorded in one epic session at the lakefront Barber Shop Studios with Brett “The Ratt” Romnes. It was dream to work with Brett and watch him capture the live feel of SH in a beautiful setting.”
