The Smashing Pumpkins have given fans another glimpse of their upcoming album Moments of an Elegy with the premiere of “Drum + Fife,” a flute-led track that is equal parts dulcet and driving. Fans of ’90s Pumpkins will be pleased – “Drum + Fife” harkens back to the Pumpkins’ glory days and sounds more like a lost track off Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness than a new release. The track is the fourth to be released from the new album, following “Tiberius,” “Being Beige” and “One and All”.
