After much speculation, the official details for Ryan Adams’ thirteenth studio album, Ashes & Fire, have arrived.

The album is due October 11 on PAX-AM/Capitol, and will feature guests Norah Jones (on “Come Home,” “Save Me” and “Kindness”) and keyboardist Benmont Tench of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Recorded at at Sunset Sound Factory in Hollywood, Ashes & Fire was produced by Glyn Johns, whose past credits include The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Clash, and The Rolling Stones.

According to the press release, “Ashes & Fire is arguably the most cohesive and beautiful album of Adams’ distinguished career.” Adams will perform selections from the album during an acoustic tour of California and the Pacific Northwest. Dates are below.
