When you’re arguing about the greatest Rolling Stones album of all time, Exile On Main Street is always a top contender. The landmark 1972 album will be reissued May 18, featuring pristine audio, a documentary DVD (with footage from the infamous underground tour documentary Cocksuckers Blues), and ten new recordings (including unearthed tracks “Dancing in the Light”, “Following the River,” “Pass the Wine” and “Plundered My Soul”) from the Exile sessions that have never been released to the public.

Get a first listen to one of them, the vintage-sounding “Plundered My Soul,” here. The video, which riffs on the album’s iconic cover art, was directed by Swedish video auteur Jonas Odell. The song has also been released as a limited edition 7″ single in honor of Record Store Day.

Jimmy Fallon, he of the pitch perfect Neil Young impression, obviously loves classic rock. From May 10-14, he’ll run a week of shows on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, where a different band covers an Exile song each night. The first act to be confirmed is Phish, who, truth be told, know how to play all of them.
