PJ Harvey has released as leftover cut from the recording sessions for The Hope Six Demolition Project. The single, “Guilty,” will be made available on July 13 in anticipation of the English singer-songwriter’s first U.S. tour dates in five years. Harvey performs August 16 at Terminal 5 in New York City, and August 18 at Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles.
The Hope Six Demolition Project was recorded during Harvey’s month-long residency at London’s Somerset House, in January 2015. During the residency, audiences were given the opportunity to see her at work with her band and producers. The album was released in April of this year, and debuted at #1 on the UK Albums Chart.
In addition to her two US shows, Harvey will tour widely in Europe this fall. See her confirmed dates below.
