The latest track to emerge from Pearl Jam’s Backspacer, the eagerly awaited followup to 2006’s Pearl Jam, has arrived. It’s called “The End,” and it was premiered on August 11 at a show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire, where Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder performed it solo. The song is slated to be the last track on the new album. Watch the video of Vedder’s performance below.

The band also broke out a cover of Bob Dylan’s “All Along The Watchtower,” accompanied by the Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood.

Pearl Jam’s Backspacer comes out September 20.

Check out two other cuts from the album, “The Fixer,” and “Speed of Sound” here and here.
