Pop-rock superstars No Doubt have announced dates for an upcoming 45-city tour, beginning on May 3rd at the Bamboozle Festival. The band, after working on and off throughout last year on their new album, will hit the road for the first time in four years.

As a special incentive to ticket buyers, No Doubt will offer their entire catalog, for free, as a digital download, with a purchase of a ticket. That’s a pretty good deal.

According to No Doubt’s official website, the decision to hit the road came about during an instant message conversation between guitarist Tom Dumont and lead singer Gwen Stefani.

“I have cabin fever. Maybe we should play some shows or something,” Tom Dumont wrote. Gwen Stefani replied, “I think we should go out now. I don’t think we should wait. Pack up the babies and get a bunch of nannies. So fun! Would be so inspiring to get out there and play all those songs again.”

Tickets for the May 3rd gig in New Jersey go on sale March 7th.
