Get ready for an outrageous Halloween weekend. Moogfest (which runs from 10/29-10/31 in Ashville, North Carolina) has just announced new artists to their ever-expanding line-up. And none of them are boring.
The festival, named after sonic innovator Robert Moog (pronounced “Mohg,” by the way), will feature a who’s who of hipster bands, hip hop acts and electronic artists.
The latest artists to join the lineup are Panda Bear, Hot Chip, Pretty Lights, Girl Talk, Dan Deacon, Four Tet, RJD2, El-P, Dam-Funk, School of Seven Bells, Matmos and Emeralds. Also on the bill are MGMT, Big Boi, Dan Deacon, Caribou, Mountain Man, DJ Spooky and Two Fresh.
