In promotion of his new solo album Crosseyed Heart, Keith Richards recently sat down with Noisey for the latest episode of their Guitar Moves video series.
Videos by American Songwriter
The 71-year-old Rolling Stones guitarist sits down with guitarist Matt Sweeney for a wide-ranging interview at Jimi Hendrix’s Electric Lady Studios in New York City, with topics including the first time he picked up a guitar, touring with Ike and Tina Turner and songwriters he enjoys working with.
“There’s a guy called Mick Jagger that I love to write with, but it’s hard to get my hands on him,” Richards says with a laugh. “I wait for him to come to me, that’s why sometimes it takes a while … but so far so good. We’re working on it.”
