Justin Timberlake Joins Forces with Tiger Woods to Open Residential Community 

Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods are stepping into the world of real estate. The former *NSYNC member and professional golfer have joined forces to create a luxury residential community in Wellington, Florida. 

The two are set to build a 600-acre “club community” called The Wellington in Palm Beach County, a famous equestrian location. The up-and-coming destination is expected to have extravagant homes, condos, multiple stores, and a hotel close by in Palm Beach for visitors. 

Timberlake and Woods hope to lean into the location’s devotion to horse riding. They plan to expand the size of the current world-renowned show-grounds and invest nine figures into other facilities that will benefit the sport. 

Entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo is expected to lead the project in partnership with real estate company NEXUS Luxury Collection and Wellington Equestrian, which Timberlake and Woods are associated with. 

“Our paramount goal is to bring a new residential community and commercial center to the village of Wellington that respects its proud heritage and best positions it to remain one of the world’s most important equestrian centers and enhances the overall community for existing and new families,” Douglas E. McMahon, Senior Managing Director of NEXUS told PEOPLE. 

According to the outlet, individuals looking to buy or visit will see similarities between “The Wellington” and NEXUS’ resort-like compound in the Bahamas, ‘Albany.” 

There will be a handful of recreational activities that members of the community can immersive themselves in. For instance, an accessible riding facility with beginner classes, four pools, cabanas for sunbathing, five-star restaurants, high-end shopping, and more. 

The “Can’t Stop The Feeling” singer and athlete will also target their energy and money revamping the Cypress Gold Course, which was once part of the Palm Beach Polo and Country Club. 

“We’re only now learning who the partners are,” said Tim Stillings, the director of Wellington’s planning, zoning, and building department, to WPTV. “I think we’re learning about this partnership at the same time the community is. We think we’re getting to the point of scheduling them for a public hearing, so it’s likely going to start in June,” he added. 

The A-listers and NEXUS Luxury Collection have yet to confirm when the community will be finalized and ready.
