Bruno Mars, John Prine and Bob Dylan are among the artists covered on The Voice whose songs get the most chair turns. In a new study published by media group Better Collective, more than 1,000 songs used in blind auditions during the past 23 seasons of the U.S. version of The Voice were analyzed to see what songs and artists got the most chair turns from the four coaches.

Prolific songwriter Prine has earned the most chair turns with his signature tune, “Angel From Montgomery,” which has gotten 12 chair turns since the show debuted in 2011. Though the song has only been covered three times during the blind auditions, the performances have warranted a total of 12 chair turns, meaning that each time it was performed, it got chair turns from all four coaches.

In second place, it’s a three-way tie between songs that span genres: Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice, It’s Alright,” the popular standard “Dream a Little Dream of Me” and Irish rock band Kodaline’s 2013 hit, “All I Want,” have all scored 10 chair turns each during the blind auditions.

While the aforementioned songs have won the battle for most chair turns, it’s Mars who wins the war. Mars is the No. 1 artist whose songs have gotten the most chair turns, with covers of his songs getting 39 total chair turns. In close second is Dylan with 35 chair turns and Adele with 32. Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith tie for fourth place with 28 chair turns and Fleetwood Mac rounds out the Top 5 with 27. Aretha Franklin, Elton John, Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande are among the many other artists whose covers have gotten the most chair turns.

The Voice is currently in its 24th season with coaches John Legend, Gwen Stefani, Niall Horan and Reba McEntire. It airs on Monday and Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
