Jeff Tweedy is no stranger to solo performance.
When he’s not busy with his day job as the frontman for the band Wilco, Tweedy likes to to keep his chops up. Throughout the years, he’s given many an adrenaline-charged performance in intimate venues across the country, accompanying himself on acoustic guitar and harmonica. The 2006 DVD Sunken Treasure is a testament to his onstage acumen.
Tonight, Tweedy begins a short solo tour which will see him travel to Beacon, New York, where he’ll perform at Beacon High School to benefit Pete Seeger’s Clearwater organization.
