British sparkplug Lily Allen went home with three Ivor Novello Awards on Thursday night at a ceremony in London. The prestigious awards, named after the Welsh late composer Ivor Novello, honor British composers and songwriters, and are handed out annually. Allen and co-writer Greg Kurstin picked up Best Song Musically and Lyrically for “The Fear.” The song also landed them Songwriter of the Year honors. “This song is so much about feeling lost in a lot of ways,” said an emotional Allen. “All of a sudden, this has made me feel found”.

Paul Weller (of the Jam and the Style Council) was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, presented to him by Oasis’s Noel Gallagher. “I’ve enjoyed the last 33 years I’ve been writing songs and hopefully, with God’s good grace, I’ll do some more,” Weller said.
