Last week, we brought you “Loaf of Bread,” a surprisingly gorgeous alt-country ballad improvised by Ryan Adams during his show at the Royal Albert Hall. This week, we bring you “Turtle Sunrise,” “Clouds are People, Too,” and “Banana in my Pocket,” three songs that were written on the spot — more or less — by random musicians attending a taping of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

After being handpicked from the studio audience, the three contestants were given a bizarre song title and sixty minutes to flesh out an original song. Our favorites are the second and third contestants, but you’ll have to watch the full thing to figure out who won.
