Musically, this year’s SoundLand was an embarrassment of riches. Black Crowes guitarist Rich Robinson was in town to promote his sophomore solo album, the rootsy, acclaimed Through A Crooked Sun. You can hear the family ties to his brother in his unsurprisingly strong singing voice, but the acoustic guitar mastery is his alone.
