Gillian Welch and David Rawlings will take their Harrow & The Harvest tour to Europe this fall, their first visit since 2004. The trek will begin in Oslo, Norway, on October 31, and will wrap up the following month on November 23, at a gig at London’s Hammersmith Apollo.
