Faith Hill Fans Convinced New Music Is On The Way After Singer Deactivates Her Social Media

With hits like “This Kiss” and “Let Me Let Go,” Faith Hill was on every country radio station in the ’90s. With 50 million records sold worldwide, the Mississippi native remains one of the best-selling country artists of all time. That statistic holds fast in spite of the fact that Hill hasn’t released original solo material since 2008’s Joy To The World. However, the “Breathe” singer’s recent social media blackout has social media convinced that may change soon.

Faith Hill Goes Dark On Social Media

Faith Hill has unceremoniously disappeared from social media, and fans are taking note. It’s On Monday (Aug. 12), one eagle-eyed fan posted to X/Twitter, “How come no one has noticed that Faith Hill deleted her instagram page? What’s up with that?”

“We’ve noticed,” another user responded. “Twitter and FB, too.”

It’s been nearly two decades since the 56-year-old hitmaker has released original solo material. Other than a 2008 Christmas album, Hill’s most recent work was 2005’s Fireflies. That record saw a return to traditional country sounds after 2002’s crossover Cry. The lead single “Mississippi Girl” spent two weeks atop the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart—Hill’s ninth (and, to date, final) No. 1 hit.

Since then, the five-time GRAMMY winner has been conspicuously absent from country radio. Aside from her 2008 Christmas album, she released The Rest of Our Life with husband Tim McGraw in 2017.

“It’s sad enough Faith Hill has ghosted us when it comes to new music but social media too?” one long-suffering fan wrote on X/Twitter.

Maggie Elizabeth McGraw Is Her Mom’s “Twin”

First meeting at a music festival in 1994, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw married two years later. The couple have three daughters together: Gracie, Maggie and Audrey. Maggie turned 26 years old Sunday (Aug. 12,) and her dad commemorated the occasion with a sweet Instagram post.

McGraw shared a picture of Maggie with his social media followers, who marveled at the striking resemblance she bore to her mother. “Wow she looks like Faith so much !!!” one Instagram user commented.

Another agreed: “Well if she isn’t her mother’s twin!”

Yet another chimed in, “Maggie is a copy/paste of her beautiful mama! HBD to your girl!”
