The Gallagher brothers are no longer looking back in anger. Fifteen years after their infighting finally fractured the rock band Oasis, Liam, and Noel are burying the hatchet and reuniting onstage for a select run of shows next year. So far, the siblings have only announced dates in Ireland and the United Kingdom. However, a recent Instagram post has fans in the U.S. daring to hope.

The clip featured a digital Amazon Music ad in New York City’s Times Square that read, “If we need to put up a billboard to get these guys to come to the States, here it is.” Oasis added a side eye emoji to the post, sparking excited chatter among fans on this side of the pond.
“omg I don’t know if I have the strength!” wrote one X/Twitter user.
Another fan added that “it would be a shame” if the Definitely Maybe rockers didn’t play Allianz Field in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Reuniting After 15 Years
If Oasis does announce a North American leg of their Live ’25 tour, it will mark their first U.S. show in nearly two decades. The band wrapped up the 2008 portion of their Dig Out Your Soul tour on Dec. 20 in Fairfax, Virginia. Eight months later, they disbanded.
