Dan Auerbach’s The Arcs Share “Outta My Mind”

Earlier this year, The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach announced The Arcs, a new solo-ish project that will serve as the follow-up to Auerbach’s 2009 solo debut Keep It Hid. The Arcs have already shared a couple of tunes – “Stay in My Corner” and “Tomato Can,” off a boxing-themed 7″ – but now they’ve released “Outta My Mind,” a track from their upcoming September 4 album Yours, Dreamily. The album was recorded in several spots across the country and gives Auerbach the opportunity to get “extra weird” in a way he doesn’t with the Keys.
