TURN-OFFS:  Ignorance, closed-mindedness, closed-heartedness.

TURN-ONS: Wild imagination, thoughtfulness, authenticity. open roads, vinyl, old guitars.

DREAM GIG: Woodstock wouldn’t of been that bad.

STARTED PLAYING MUSIC: When I was 11 with the violin and 13 with the guitar.

FAVORITE LYRIC: Jackson Browne’s “Don’t confront me with my failures, I have not forgotten them” from “These Days” is up there.

CRAZIEST PERSON I KNOW: My old high school history teacher but only because he knows too much.

SONG I WISH I WROTE:  “Bring It On Home To Me” by Sam Cooke.

5 PEOPLE I’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH: Passed or alive? Paul McCartney, Ernest Hemingway, Paul Newman, Einstein, and  Bach.

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: Recently saw Tim O’ Brian and Bryan Sutton, you can imagine what that was like.

I WROTE THIS SONG: “Out Of Here’ when I was 19.  It wrote itself within 5 minutes due to the strong emotions I was feeling at the time of leaving home.
