I WROTE THIS SONG: in Nashville, in January 2012. My co-writer for this song was Elizabeth McAlister. It came together quickly. It was an unraveling process, once the melody and structure were discovered, we began asking each other questions about the girl going through this heartbreak until we both agreed and understood where the song needed to go, becoming more about hope and looking forward to the adventure of a fresh start.
