I WROTE THIS SONG: I wrote this song “Leave This City” while I was on tour on the East Coast, I was feeling weary and restless. I was sick of some friends who were using drugs as a personality crutch. I wanted to go ‘home’ somewhere, just not my home. The song is about that feeling of wanting to crawl out of your own skin and get out of town.
