I WROTE THIS SONG: Brittany and I (Andrew) wrote this about a hard time in our lives. It seemed that the music was going good, but we had some personal problems. The song was a call for us to really get out there and do what we love no matter what. Sometimes it seems people aren’t even paying attention. Especially when you play a lot of dive bars like we do. So the line, “we always knew we were ghosts,” is probably the most honest lyric we’ve ever written.
