I WROTE THIS SONG: with Andi Zack, my very first co-write in Nashville. I had just moved from Evansville, IN and started school at MTSU. It is a slice of real life break-up song. The song caught the ear of music publisher Russ Zavitson and as a result, I got my first publishing deal at age 20! Although I no longer work for Russ, I still write with many of the outstanding writers I met during that period.
