ARTIST: Brian Dunne
SONG: “Born A Fool”

BIRTHDATE: May 8th, 1989

HOMETOWN: Monroe, NY

CURRENT LOCATION: Brooklyn, NY

AMBITIONS: Take over the world, musically. I’d settle for a killer SNL performance though.

TURN-OFFS: Unwillingness to listen to my music.

TURN-ONS: So you like my music, you say?

DREAM GIG: Madison Square Garden

FAVORITE LYRIC: “Yes, to dance beneath the diamond sky with one hand waving free, Silhouetted by the sea, circled by the circus sands”- You know

CRAZIEST PERSON I KNOW: I saw Alec Baldwin walking out of a pizza parlor talking to himself with madness in his eyes. I don’t really know him though (Apologies if you’re reading this, Alec.)

SONG I WISH I WROTE: See “favorite lyric,” also, I’d be pretty proud if I’d have written Satisfaction.

5 PEOPLE I’D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH: Conan O’Brien, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, Sarah Koenig (hot topic right now), My friend Aaron (so I’m not the only non-famous person)

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: Bruce Springsteen And The E-Street Band, 11/19/07, TD Garden, Boston, MA. Isn’t Bruce everyone’s favorite concert experience?

I WROTE THIS SONG: in my apartment in Brooklyn. This was the last song I wrote for the new record, and it came right in the nick of time, as we were about 3 days away from tracking when I finished it up. I’d been writing everyday for months trying to come up with something good enough. The second I had the hook for this one, I knew I was onto a keeper. I worked for a few days on the lyric until I thought it was ready and took it into the studio with me. It’s one of my proudest efforts.
