Byrne & Eno Teaming Up Again

Talking Heads frontman David Byrne and experimental producer/ambient music pioneer Brian Eno have announced that they will collaborate for the first time since the groundbreaking 1981 release of My Life in the Bush of Ghosts. The duo will release their new album, Everything That Happens Will Happen Today, in August strictly through their newly launched website, everythingthathappens.com. The news arrived via a video posted today on the site. “Brian Eno and I recently finished our first collaboration in about 30 years,” says Bryne in the video. “For the most part, Brian did the music and I wrote some tunes, words and sang. It’s familiar but completely new as well. We’re pretty excited.”
