During a tour stop in Amsterdam, Beyoncé paid homage to a host of Black creatives in honor of Juneteenth.

Beyoncé goes through a number of outfit changes during a regular Renaissance show but, she went the extra mile on Monday (June 19) wearing a series of ensembles made exclusively by Black designers.
“In honor of Juneteenth, everything I wore for RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR tonight was created exclusively by Black designers,” the singer wrote on Instagram.
The designers include Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing, Ferragamo creative director Maximilian Davis, and designer LaQuan Smith.
“This tour is a revolution. Thank you for supporting us and bringing all the creatives through your beautiful journey around the world,” Rousteing wrote on Instagram along with a picture of the Balmain outfit. “Your vision is beyond. I love you.”
Smith added in the comment section of Beyoncé’s post, “You look so stunning! I’m so happy the jumpsuit came to life in the most epic way. What an honor to have you wear my design.”
Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour kicked off in Europe in May. Since, she has been winding around the continent hitting major cities like Stockholm, Paris, Barcelona, and more.
The pop diva will return to North America on July 8 for a two-night stand in Toronto. Other stops in the U.S. include Nashville, Chicago, Boston, and more. Find the full tour dates, HERE.
More dates were added to the U.S. run due to high demand.
“Fan demand already exceeds the number of available tickets by more than 800% based on current registration numbers,” Live Nation said in a statement. “Even with these added dates, it is still expected that the majority of interested fans will not be able to get tickets because demand drastically exceeds supply.”
The tour is in support of Beyoncé’s latest record, Renaissance. The album features a disco motif that is carried throughout the stage show. The setlist includes the majority of the record as well as highlights from Beyoncé’s back catalog.
