Blue Ivy Carter, the oldest daughter of Beyoncé and Jay Z, made a show-stopping appearance on her mother’s Renaissance World Tour. Over the weekend (May 26), the 11-year-old took the stage in Paris, France, to perform.

Blue Ivy entered the spotlight during the dance break of “My Power” and “Black Parade.” In a fan-captured video, the audience exploded with cheers when Queen Bey introduced her daughter mid-track.

“My bloodline, on the frontline,” belted Byeoncé. “Give it up for Blue!”

While sporting a metallic silver ensemble that coincides with the backup dancers, the pre-teen tackled the challenging choreography. Blue Ivy nailed the act without missing a beat and finished with her fist in the air. As she held the power stance, rowdy ticket-holders chanted her name loud and proud.

Blue Ivy’s grandmother Tina Knowles-Lawson was in the front row documenting the memorable performance. After the show, Beyoncé and Lawson turned to social media (May 30) to praise the little one for her bravery.

“My beautiful firstborn 🙏🏾 I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel,” wrote Beyoncé alongside highlights from the high-energy act.

Blue Ivy was trending at No.24 on Twitter, raking in nearly 46.3K tweets. Lawson stitched the social media analytics with a short snippet of the appearance to praise her “grandbaby.” Within the caption, she acknowledged her surprising composure and professionalism.

“Blue Ivy performed in front of a huge audience!! And yes, I am a proud grandma❤️❤️ I am truly amazed by the courage that this brave, talented, beautiful 11-year-old exhibited last night!” she said. “There were almost 70,000 people in that audience. She danced with professional dancers, and grown folks; she did complicate choreography and moved that they rehearsed for months!”

Lawson continued to point out that Blue Ivy learned the difficult dance moves in less than a week.

“She rehearsed and learned this in a little over a week,” the proud grandmother noted. “She was so smooth with it! It has such a smooth swag (reminds me of the great Aaliyah❤️). So cool with it! She is the coolest, most confident 11-year-old I know!!!!”

During the performance, Beyoncé’s daughter Rumi was in attendance to cheer on her sister. The 5-year-old sat with friends and family with a sign that read, “We Love You Blue!”

This is not the first time Blue Ivy performed alongside her superstar mom. The mother-daughter duo joined forces in Dubai earlier this year.

Beyoncé began her international run in Stockholm, Sweden, in early May. The critically acclaimed tour is Beyoncé’s first solo run in nearly seven years. The European leg of the Renaissance Tour is expected to run until June. The fierce phenomenon is scheduled to kick off her North American trek on July 8 in Toronto, Canada.
