Beck and Phoenix to Embark on Co-Headlining North American Tour

Art pop anomaly Beck and new wave rockers Phoenix are joining forces for a doubleheader of a tour later this year.

Billed as the Summer Odyssey Tour, their co-headlining extravaganza across North America will kick off on August 1 in Seattle, Washington. The 20-date trek will include stops throughout the West and into the East Coast, coming to a close on Sept. 10 in Columbia, Maryland. Weyes Blood, Japanese Breakfast, Jenny Lewis, and Sir Chloe will join them as support along the way.

2022 was a storied year for both acts. Phoenix dropped Alpha Zulu, their seventh album and first in five years while Beck most notably bowed out as an opener for Arcade Fire’s North American tour. While the “Loser” star gave no reason for his change of tune, he was the second support act to ditch the tour just months after Arcade Fire’s frontman Win Butler was accused of sexual misconduct.

Tickets for their co-headlining tour will be available beginning Friday, Jan. 27, at 10 a.m. local time. See a full list of tour dates below.
