Joseph, who is a member of Reba McEntire’s team has stunned viewers the entire season. With covers of “House of The Rising Sun” and “I Was Wrong” by Chris Stapleton, Joseph has been able to cement himself as a major player in season 26 of The Voice. He continued to prove this on Monday, December 9, as the 37-year-old London native proved his worth to the whole world with his cover of Luke Combs’ “Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma.” By performing this song, the musician continued to play into his rock ‘n’ roll, folk, and country strengths and it seemingly paid off hugely. As this performance just might have stamped his ticket to the top.

Though, time will tell, and it would be awfully presumptuous to predict a winner at this moment. Surely, the other four contestants will give Danny Joseph a run for his money as the finale continues. However, as of now, Joseph’s chances are looking pretty gosh darn good.

“Danny Joseph kicks us off, fighting against the tide, rocking out a Country tune, giving me Devil Went Down to Georgia vibes. He owned the stage, turned on his signature wail, and gave us a show,” one fan wrote.”

In the second round of the evening, Joseph again wowed the crowd and viewers across the nation with his cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Back To Black.

Win or Lose, He’s Given The Voice a Great Story

No matter the outcome of Danny Joseph’s run, he’s gifted The Voice’s catalog with an incredible story. Prior to competing on the show, Joseph moved from the U.K. to the U.S. 10 years ago after he met his wife at a church conference. Subsequently, Joseph married his wife, and as of now, they have three kids. Matter of fact, Joseph helped his wife deliver their youngest daughter after the midwife failed to show up in time.

Joseph’s talents don’t stop with music and baby delivery, the man was also a law student and quite the barber. Furthermore, the man had a lengthy battle and major surgery due to his complications with Crohn’s disease. Despite his many talents and tribulations, Joseph seemingly hopes The Voice will allow him to solely support his family through music. Stay tuned to see if this dream comes true for Danny Joseph.
