But while on top of country music, the singer decided to take action when it came to his weight. Hoping to shed more than a few pounds, Jelly Roll recently celebrated a massive milestone in his weight loss journey.

Sharing a video on his Instagram page, Jelly Roll announced he lost over 100 pounds. All smiles, the post showed the singer playing the guitar as he promised, “Next year when y’all see me, you won’t recognize me.” Seeing the results of his hard work, he added, “I’m going to get under a pile of weights in a way that I never had.”

With fans watching the hard work Jelly Roll put in to lose 100 pounds, they filled his comments with love and praise as it gained over 50,000 likes. Comments included, “That is awesome and not easy You are changing habits instead of dieting and absolutely crushing it. This is a beautiful example for so many You are going to help by doing it this way. Thank You for sharing and Your Chef/trainer needs to make a recipe book with all these tips.” Another person added, “Jelly we love you….you should try a carnivore diet….you Will look and feel AMAZING!!! God bless whatever you choose…I’m rooting for you!”

Besides revealing his weight loss, Jelly Roll made headlines just a few days ago when he decided to quit Twitter. Having witnessed how toxic social media can become, the singer decided to take a break, insisting, “This is for sure the most toxic negative app to exist ever — PERIOD. lol. This place is different man, I always heard it was the Wild West on here but man it’s insane. It’s a safe place for everyone to say mean shit to each other with no consequences. I’m out lol”
While taking a step back from Twitter, the singer doesn’t appear completely done with social media as he continues to plug upcoming concerts and share hilarious moments on the road.
