Recently, Combs released a press release announcing that the bar would officially open on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Live music, drink service, and other perks will start at the beginning of the day at 11 a.m. Given the consistent teasers and press releases, the anticipation for this Nashville venue has been seemingly staggering. However, it seems Combs and Category 10’s team has something planned that will make it worth the weight.

Opening Day Perks

Teeming with music on every floor, Category 10’s opening day line-up includes numerous local Nashville acts. Some of the acts include Paige Rosen, Brother Raven, and many more. Additionally, in Hurricane Hall, the venue will put on a decadent and transcending light show merely called “The Light Show.” “The Light Show” will be accompanied by uniform and synchronized dance performances by Category 10’s one-of-a-kind in-house dance team.

Opening day will also give you opportunities to wet your whistle and fill your stomach in Combs’ fashion, as signature drinks and dishes will also be served. The drinks are inspired by some of Combs’ biggest hits and are called “Beautiful Crazy Sangria” and “Ain’t No Love.”

Luke Combs’ Comments & Location

Upon announcing the name of the bar on Instagram, Combs stated, “It’s gonna be an awesome honky tonk. Downtown Nashville. Food. Spirits. You know, you name it” and “Whatever you want, we’re gonna have it. It’s gonna be so much fun.” Needless to say, Combs’ bar will be a fine addition to the light-hearted and free-wheeling fun Nashville’s Broadway already encompasses.

Located at 120 Second Avenue North in Nashville, Category 10 resides where the iconic Wildhorse Saloon once stood. So, if you find yourself headed North on Broadway, just keep heading towards the river, take a left on First Avenue North, and you might just stumble into Luke Combs’ new Nashville bar.
