From the Sunset Strip to the Vegas Strip: Mötley Crüe Announces 2025 Sin City Residency at the Park MGM

As Mötley Crüe prepares to play its “Höllywood Takeöver” series of concerts at three Sunset Strip clubs in early October, the band has announced plans to also take over the Las Vegas Strip in the spring of 2025.

The glam-metal legends have lined up an 11-show residency at the Dolby Live venue at the Park MGM hotel. The run kicks off March 28 and is plotted out through April 19 performance. This will mark Mötley Crüe’s first Sin City residency since the fall of 2013. That series of shows featured 12 gigs at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel.

Pre-sale tickets will be available starting Friday, October 4, at 10 a.m. PT for members of the group’s S.I.N. Club. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 11, at 10 a.m. PT. Fans looking to purchase tickets early may want to check StubHub.

A portion of the money raised from ticket sales will be donated to the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth charity. The funds will be donated through Mötley Crüe’s Giveback Initiative and promoters Live Nation.

The “Mötley Crüe: The Las Vegas Residency” performances are scheduled for March 28 and 29, and April 2, 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, and 19.

Mötley Crüe’s “Höllywood Takeöver” shows will take place at three famous venues on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California, where the band launched its career. The concerts are scheduled for October 7 at The Troubadour, October 9 at The Roxy, and October 11 at The Whisky a Go Go.

In celebration of the concert series, an exclusive Mötley Crüe pop-up store will set up shop at the famous Rainbow Bar & Grill from October 6 to October 12. The store will be open from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. PT daily.

In conjunction with “Höllywood Takeöver” shows, Mötley Crüe is auctioning off the instruments the band members will be playing at the concerts. About Mötley Crüe’s New EP

The “Höllywood Takeöver” gigs will take place just after the October 4 release of Mötley Crüe’s new EP, Cancelled. As previously reported, Cancelled features the group’s three latest tracks. They are the brand-new title track, and the recently released singles “Dogs of War” and the band’s cover of the Beastie Boys classic 1986 hit “Fight for Your Right.”

Deluxe Dr. Feelgood Reissue

Mötley Crüe also will release a deluxe, 35th anniversary edition of its chart-topping 1989 album Dr. Feelgood on November 22. The reissue, which can be pre-ordered now, will be available in multiple formats and configurations, including three-disc CD and vinyl-LP box sets.

Both box sets will feature a remastered version of Dr. Feelgood, as well as bonus demos and live tracks. The collections also will include a 24-page replica tour book boasting previously unseen concert photos and behind-the-scenes pics. In addition, the deluxe packages will feature various memorabilia items, including a replica Dr. Feelgood Tour itinerary, poster, guitar pick, patch, backstage pass, medical envelope, and more.

Mötley Crüe’s Other Upcoming Concert Plans

Besides the “Höllywood Takeöver” shows and the 2025 Las Vegas residency, Mötley Crüe has one other confirmed concert on its tour schedule. The veteran rockers will be playing a headlining set on October 13 at the Aftershock festival in Sacramento, California.
