Luke Combs Celebrates New Exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville

Although Luke Combs first stepped on stage back in 2014, performing was part of his life way before country music. Throughout his childhood, the singer performed in school musicals, joined the church choir, and was even part of chorus class. He even received the chance to perform at Carnegie Hall. Eventually finding his way to country music, Combs quickly gained stardom with the release of albums like This One’s for You, Growin’ Up, and his recent release, Fathers & Sons. Holding numerous awards for his contributions to country music, the singer recently celebrated his new exhibit featured at the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum.

Luke Combs Credits The “Wonderful People” Around Him For His Success

Titled “Luke Combs: The Man I Am”, Combs is still somewhat awestruck that the Country Music Hall of Fame wanted to create an exhibit around him. Discussing the huge honor, Combs took a moment to not praise himself but the ones around him.”The man (I’ve become) is due to not just the people in this room, but people who aren’t in this room, (including) the people I write songs with, my parents, friends and family. Being surrounded by wonderful people who care about me as a person has allowed us to achieve so many things together that I never thought were possible.”

While not taking all the credit himself, Kyle Young, the CEO of the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum was more than willing to praise Combs. “Few artists have experienced the kind of meteoric rise and sustained success Luke Combs has since signing his first recording contract just two years after moving to Nashville.”

Detailing the singer’s list of accomplishments, Young concluded, “ He has earned a career-defining string of #1 singles, set new benchmarks on the music charts, won more than a dozen major country music industry awards since 2016 and sold out stadiums around the world.”
