On April 24, Warren Haynes will release the live CD/DVD The Warren Haynes Band: Live At The Moody Theater, (pre-order it here). Presented in 5.1 surround sound, the 2 CD/1 DVD package features Haynes at his hottest, playing killer originals and covering classics like “A Change Is Gonna Come” and “Spanish Castle Magic.”

We’ve got the exclusive premiere of the video for “River’s Gonna Rise,” a tune originally off of Haynes’ celebrated 2011 album Man In Motion.

“I started writing this song when the uprisings in Northern Africa started taking place,” Haynes tells American Songwriter. “A sort of ‘domino effect’ began and the song continues to reflect what’s going on in the Middle East, and elsewhere.”
