Last night, BMI held their 58th annual Pop Music Awards at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. John Fogerty, Taylor Swift, and RedOne were the night’s big winners. Swift picked up the Song Of The Year honor for “Love Story,” from her multi-platinum 2008 album Fearless. Swift was the youngest writer ever to receive the award.

RedOne clinched the Songwriter Of The Year award for his co-writing work with Lady Gaga, and Warner-Tamerlane Publishing was named Publisher of the Year. View the full list of winners here.

Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman and solo artist John Fogerty was presented with the BMI Icon award, previously given to artists like Willie Nelson, Paul Simon and James Brown. Fogerty was on hand to perform indelible classics like “Proud Mary,” “Fortunate Son” and “Bad Moon Rising.”
