Prolific garage rock heavyweight Ty Segall has announced a new self-titled album and released its first single, “Orange Color Girl.” The album, which is set for a January 27 release via Drag City, is Segall’s ninth and comes just over a year after his recent release Emotional Mugger.
Segall will hit the road in support of the album with a 15-date tour starting in 2017 that includes two nights at Los Angeles’ Teragram Ballroom.
